Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Huge Euge Pty Ltd, trading as Huge Transformations (“we”, “us”) covering eugify.com, the Eugify apps, and the coaching delivered through them. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

Not medical advice

Read this one properly. Eugify provides fitness coaching, training programs and nutritional guidance. It is not medical care, and neither we nor your coach are your doctor. Nothing in the platform — including AI-generated suggestions, blood-marker commentary or body scans — is a diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional.

Get clearance from your doctor before starting any training or nutrition program, particularly if you have an existing condition, are pregnant, are taking medication, or are returning from injury. Stop and seek medical help immediately if you experience chest pain, dizziness, breathlessness or acute pain. Exercise carries inherent risk of injury, which you accept by participating.

Your account

• You must be at least 16. Under-18s need parental or guardian consent.
• Give accurate information — including honest health information. Withholding an injury or condition puts your own safety at risk and may make your program unsuitable.
• Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Subscriptions and payment

• Fees, billing period and inclusions are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cancel any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.
• Failed payments may result in suspension until settled.
• Payments are processed by Stripe under their terms. We never receive your card number.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a service fails a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to the remedies that law provides.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your login, or resell or redistribute programs, videos or materials.
• Copy or scrape platform content for a competing product.
• Upload anything unlawful, abusive, harassing, or infringing someone else’s rights.
• Post another person’s image or health information without their consent.
• Attempt to breach security, access other users’ data, or disrupt the service.
• Use the platform to give medical advice or impersonate a health professional.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload — photos, scans, notes, messages, videos. You grant us a licence to store, process and display it strictly as needed to deliver the service to you and your coach.

If you post to community or feed features, you grant other users on the platform a licence to view it. Content you post publicly may be seen by other members — do not post anything you want kept private. You can delete your posts at any time.

Call recording

Coaching and sales calls made through Eugify may be recorded and transcribed to produce notes and summaries. You will be told before a call is captured, and you can decline.Recordings are handled per our Privacy Policy. Do not record other participants outside the platform without their consent — in several Australian states that is a criminal offence.

AI features

Parts of Eugify use AI to draft notes, summarise calls, suggest program changes and hold coaching conversations. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or misleading. It is a drafting aid reviewed by a human coach — never rely on it alone for health decisions. We do not warrant that AI output is accurate or fit for any particular purpose.

Our intellectual property

The platform, its software, design, exercise library, program templates and branding remain ours. Your subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your account is active — it transfers no ownership.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or by third-party failures outside our control. Features may change or be withdrawn; we will give notice of material changes where we reasonably can.

Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, and subject always to the Australian Consumer Law:

• The service is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data.
• We are not liable for injury arising from exercise or dietary changes you undertake, where you have not obtained medical clearance or have withheld relevant health information.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach of these terms, non-payment, or conduct that risks other users or the platform. On termination your access ends and your data is handled as set out in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Eugify after that constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept, cancel before the change applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia. The courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. We would rather sort out any problem directly — contact us first and we will genuinely try.
